We accept payment via Credit Card and Cash on Delivery and in Shops.

Also we accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.

 - Same-day delivery for orders placed by 9:00 PM
 - Orders after 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day after 10:00 AM

Delivery within Dubai: 
   - FREE for orders over 350 AED 
   - 40 AED delivery fee for orders under 350 AED (Min. order 250 AED) 

We strive to deliver within your selected time slot. If unavailable, our team will contact you for alternatives. If no agreement is reached, a refund will be issued.

RETURNS POLICY

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our team by phone number +971526570741 within 4 hours of delivery and we will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

A refund may be requested if an item is not ready to be shipped. In case it has been shipped or is ready to be shipped, we can refund 50% of the paid amount minus cost of shipping and wrapping. In this case, to form a request for a return of funds, contact us by the phone number indicated on the site.

However, to guarantee the freshness of flowers, an item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been shipped and received by the recipient. Refunds are not available on third party products such as balloons, chocolates etc. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment within 10 days.
