We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can place orders anytime, and we will respond during business hours.

Upon receiving your order, we will confirm flower availability and delivery details. If any bouquet components are unavailable or of insufficient quality, we will suggest suitable replacements.
Please note that flowers are natural, living products, and bouquets may vary slightly from the photos. However, all bouquets shown on our website are handcrafted by DJ Flowers' expert florists to ensure beauty and quality.
Delivery charges:
- Collection from DJflowers shops: FREE;
- Delivery within Dubai: FREE for orders over 800 AED
- Minimum order for delivery: 250 AED (with an additional 40 AED delivery fee)

How to care for your flowers
- Keep your vase clean to reduce bacteria. Fill 2/3 of your vase with cold water. Add flower food to minimize bacteria.
- Remove any leaves that sit below the water line. Cut the stems at an angle and immediately put flowers in a vase with cold water.
- Using sharp scissors, trim at least half an inch of the stems every 2-3 days.
- Please, clean vase and change fresh water every 2-3 days. You can add ice to the water.
- For flowerbox arrangements pour water gently into the center of the arrangement every day.
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, draft and ripening fruit or vegetables!
DOUBLE JENYA FLOWER SHOP takes no liability for any damage that occurs to fresh flowers if the care tips are not followed or if the initial damage is not reported within 12 hours of receiving the flowers.
